actually, i've just check my blood test report...there are few things yg membuatkan aku cuak n rasa nk pengsan....hmmm...tak leh raya la cmtu nntii....hihihi...ape kena mengena ngan raya niii..

few things that are highlighted in RED....RED itu tidak HOT skang..RED tu maknanye anda dlm keadaan tidak normal dan di luar range yg ditetapkan....cuak weii...mmg cuak niii....

1st item yg RED is my LDL cholestrol...dah tggi laaa....compare to last year, my LDL is 2.5...but, this year, i got 2.8 mmol/L...hmmm..naik 0.3....camne tuuu....mkn udang byk sgt la tuu..tak pun, mkn myk manyak sgt...so, total cholesterol is 4.8 this year...last year, 4.4 je......lepas ni, apa lg, kite kena jg pemakanan laa...next time, dont eat a lot of cholesterol food - seafood (tp, ni fav akuu..mmg tak bole avoid laaa)

then, MCH juga decrease..jap, nk google ape tu MCH..tp, rasanye sel darah merah kite...yup, it is is the average mass of hemoglobin per red blood cell in a sample of blood..yg ni, out of range...that means aku kurang sel darah merah n mgkin anemia...tp, consider sihat lg sbb normal range from 27 to 33...so, tak yah risau la sgt....

1 item yg wat aku cuak adalah bnda alah niii --> Lymphocytes...it increased from 42 to 48%...da terkua range (20-40)....from wikipedia, i've found this statement --> An increase in lymphocyte concentration is usually a sign of a viral infection (in some rare case, leukemias are found through an abnormally raised lymphocyte count in an otherwise normal person). bole dpt leukimia ke ni ek...tktlaaa kalo keep increasing sel tuuu....kalo bukan thn ni, maybe 5-6 thn lg kannn....cuak ni...sgt2 cuak....

so, kwn2, jomla kite ramai2 g wat blood test...from there, byk bnda yg kite dpt tau pasal our health....Prevention is better that cure, rite...better we take action earlier...
