to all b2b, today i wanna share smtg on bridesmaids or we can say maid of honor...actually, i really2 interested to have few of my frens to be my bridesmaids..so, sape2 yg interested, drop me your resume ya...let me interview uolss....hihihi...
so, before that, uolss should know what you should do on that BIG day..pls bear in minds, that "DAY" will be my BIG day, not uolss ya....so, jgn ter over acting or terover pose lakk...nnti, tenggelam lak bride on that day....hihihi..
here, we goes...some of the big roles of bridesmaid:
• Be supportive but honest. Tell her what you think; but only when she asks for your opinion! And... if she doesn't seem to like what you have to say - drop it! You can do it your way for your wedding.
• Purchase your dress & have alterations. Make sure you do this all on time so she doesn't have to bug you! (sometimes, the bride will sponsor uolss, if they have extra budget laa...if not, uollss have to pay by urself laa)
• Don't complain about the dress, shoes or other bridesmaids (even if they are annoying)! (if the bride willing to sponsor the baju for uolls, just keep quiet okey!!)
• Go to a dress fitting to learn how to bustle the bride's gown. ( kena ikutla, so that can know how to touch up2 the bride without the real mak andam...so, u have to act as temporary mak andam laa)
• Throw/attend bridal shower (the party may be thrown by family) --> not necessary..kalo wat surprised bridal shower, lg best....
• Throw/attend bachelorette party
• Remind the bride to eat/drink enough water on her wedding day
• Hold the Bride's bouquet and fix her train during the ceremony
• If she throws her bouquet try and catch it - no one wants to see it hit the floor! ( best2 part nii...ramai2 tangkap bunga ye)
