~Aerobik boleh kurangkan STRESS~


Semlm, aku sgt2 down n moody dek kerana sorg hamba Allah tu...dan utk hilangkan segala tekanan perasaan yg watkan aku tak happy, aku telah pergi menjoinkan diri beraerobik...mmg betullaa..semasa aerobik tu, otak kite tak fokus kepada prob yg kite hadapi masa tu..kite hanye fokus utk follow da movements from the instructor tuuu...and , its work ok...selama sejam aku dlm kelas aerobik tu, tak de lgsg pikirkan masalah negara yg aku hadapi...kuikuikui..cam besar sgt je masalah aku kann...


so guys n girls...ape lagi..lepas ni, kalo korang ade masalah, try to go for exercises...contohnye: jogging ke, pegi gym ke...or pegi swimming...for my case, i pegi kelas aerobik sbb semlm mmg ade kelas aerobik kt company i niii....so, after this, every Wed, i'll join the aerobic class..bukan saje bole sihatkan bdn, malah bole mereleasekan our tension....best sgt2 tuuu.....



ape tgk2...i penat niiii..penat sgt....
